Discovery: Just the Facts Please

The Foundation of the Design Squad Methodology is the Discovery Process

If we don’t know where you came from – how can you get to where you want to go?

This process is designed to serve as a charter for project development. Although budgeting, planning and goal setting are key components of any project, they are often overlooked. Addressing the following issues will ensure the project is completed on time, on budget and in accordance with stated business objectives.

Further Discovery questions have relevance within one or more of the following areas related to project development:

• Business Background
• Client / Vendor Interaction
• Brand / Identity
• Digital and Printed Marketing Materials
• Project Production
• Project Delivery
